Insurance/Fees
Insurance
Though I do not take insurance, I will provide the necessary information for people with “out-of-network benefits” to assist getting reimbursed by their carriers.
Fees
Fees are as follows:
Initial Intake Appointment 90 minutes $225
Initial Intake Appointment 120 minutes $300
Individual Counseling Session 60 minutes $150
Individual Counseling Session 90 minutes $225
Phone Appointment 30 minutes $75
Counseling Intensives $150 per hour
Any court related services $150 per hour
Fees are paid in full at each appointment; currently cash, checks and credit cards are accepted. Sliding scale rates are not available at this time.
Missed or Canceled Appointments
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please give 24 hours notice to avoid a missed session fee of $100
If you are unable to keep a scheduled intensive and do not give 48 hours notice, there will be a 50% fee. For example, if you are scheduled for a 5 hour intensive, the fee for not showing is for 2 1/2 hours.
